David E. Piver founded the Law Office of David E. Piver in 1994. He holds a law degree from Villanova University and a Master’s Degree from Cornell University.

He has worked with foreign and U.S. government officials and corporations, establishing business relations and assisting individuals and organizations solve a variety of immigration problems.

Monica Singh, Esquire is a native of Pennsylvania. She possesses a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Westminster College and graduated with magna cum laude honors. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University, School of Law, in May 2008.

Monica joined the Law Office of David E. Piver in April 2008.

Christopher M. Casazza, Esquire

Christopher M. Casazza, Esq. received his Juris Doctrate from Villanova University School of Law in May 2010. While attending Villanova Law, Christopher worked as an extern with the Honorable George A. Pagano in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Delaware County, Civil Division and was a clerk for the Honorable Rayford A. Means in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County, Criminal Division.

Christopher joined the Law Office of David E. Piver in October 2009.

Argentina is a Haitian National who graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and Justice and minor in Spanish. She has been with the Law Office of David E. Piver since September 2006.

Shaila Garimall

Shaila is an Indian National who has duel citizenship in the United States and New Zealand. Shaila graduated first in her class with a Bachelor of Law (LLB), a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics, and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Mumbai, India.

She was also admitted to the LLM, Foreign Scholars Program at the University of Houston, Texas.
